Born and raised in Stillwater, Mandy has seen the growth of her hometown business community as well of the expansion of the university. A product of Stillwater Public Schools, Mandy continued her education at Northern Oklahoma College in Enid, earning a walk-on volleyball scholarship. After finishing her first two years of college, she continued her education at Oklahoma State University majoring in International Business with a focus on marketing. While attending school, Mandy worked at a local casino in the marketing department. At the casino, she gained the experience of planning concerts, overseeing advertisements, executing promotions and customer gift giveaways. In July of 2015, Mandy joined the Chamber as the Business Service Coordinator for two years before being promoted to Events Coordinator. In her position, she enjoys the interaction with the chamber members at events and loves what the chamber represents for the community. She has a passion for building relationships and keeping people in Stillwater by shopping local and promoting community functions.
Mandy loves her family, friends, all things sports, music and anything fitness related. In 2016, she completed her first half marathon, which she hopes to do again and eventually tackle a full marathon and/or triathlon. When Mandy is not working out in a fitness class, you can find her either on the court or in sand playing her favorite sport, volleyball.
Director of Communications
Grace was born and raised here in Stillwater and attended Oklahoma State where she just received a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication. Some of Grace’s hobbies include video editing, cooking and hanging out with her family and friends. Grace is a huge fan of Oklahoma State sports and specifically loves supporting Coach Mike and the Mens Basketball team. At a young age Grace got very involved with the Stillwater community. During her time at Stillwater High, she helped raise about a quarter of a million dollars for local Stillwater philanthropies through Stillwater Makes A Change. During her undergrad, she stayed active as a member of her sorority where her passion was sharing their local philanthropy, The Saville Center, with new and prospective members. She also worked at the Payne County District Attorney’s Office as a receptionist where her love for Stillwater grew as she learned more about all the people here in Stillwater who keep us safe. She recently completed her capstone project where she helped create an advertising campaign for the Stillwater Regional Airport, helping brand them as “Stillwater’s Hometown Airport”. We believe that her strong local ties and her passion for creativity and communication make her perfect for this role!
Director of Membership Development
Maggie grew up in Claremore, Oklahoma where her mom and step dad are small business owners. Because of this, she has experienced firsthand how much the Chamber and community involvement can help an establishment grow. Maggie joined the Stillwater community in the fall of 2018 to attend Oklahoma State University, where she became a member of Alpha Delta Pi and joined the OSU Wrestling Mat Maid team. In the years following her time at Oklahoma State, Maggie has produced a Stillwater wide sock drive which helped her collect over 800 pairs of socks to be distributed back into the community to those in need. In addition, she has led a canned food drive and an aluminum can drive, while volunteering her time and skills in other areas. Maggie enjoys spoiling her golden retriever, Champ, visiting her family, celebrating Halloween, and going to concerts with her boyfriend, Dalton. Before joining the Chamber, Maggie had been in the banking field for three years. During this time, she had shown dedication and worked in a variety of retail positions, gaining a wide skill set. We believe Maggie is a motivated and energic individual with a drive for community enrichment which makes her a great fit for this position!
Emily is a senior at Oklahoma State University studying agricultural communications and plans to attend law school following graduation. Her hobbies include supporting OSU athletics, drinking coffee, reading and spending time with her friends. When she’s not in Stillwater, you will likely find Emily in her hometown of Kingfisher, Oklahoma spending time with her parents Greg and Sara and her two younger sisters Gretchen and Natalie. Emily is very active in her sorority, she served as chapter president in 2021 and is currently serving as the president of the Panhellenic Council. Before interning at the Chamber, Emily worked as a law clerk at Schulte, Schneiter and Gibson, PLLC for three years. This position sparked her interest to pursue a career in the legal field. Her family has been involved in the agricultural industry for four generations and have always been Loyal and True OSU fans. Emily’s favorite thing about working for the Chamber is being able to see the inner workings of the Stillwater community and learn more about the field of communications. We are excited to have Emily join our communications team!
