Economic Clusters
All industries are thriving in Stillwater and new companies from all sectors are welcome to join the community. However, Stillwater has special locational advantages for firms involved in what are considered to be vital and emerging economic clusters. These clusters are: aerospace, agribusiness, bioindustry, optoelectonics (sensors, lasers, etc.), health care, printing and publishing, software and standard manufacturing.
Among the principal products manufactured in Stillwater are marine engines, printing, wire, flooring materials, R&D, software, sensors and instrumentation, milling and agricultural products. Nearly one quarter of Stillwater's workforce is engaged in education and training industries.
